Return & Exchange Policy

• We strive for customer satisfaction with our selection of custom printed products. Due to these items being made-to-order, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event of a misprint, damage, or defect.

• For our products, we accept returns of new and unused items within 14 days of receiving your product. Return shipping costs will not be covered unless there is damage or a defect in the product. To initiate a return please email us with your return reason, order number, and indicate "CLEM RETURN" in the subject line. • Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include photographic evidence of the issue, your order number, and indicate "CLEM CLAIM" in the subject line. Submit your claim via email to: darlinclementinecares@gmail.com

• We encourage customers to review the sizing charts provided for each item before making a purchase, as sizing may vary between different brands.
